AI Research Scientist

About the Role

We're building the next generation of autonomous AI agents. As a Research Scientist, you'll push the boundaries of what's possible in agent reasoning, planning, and tool use.

What You Will Do

• Conduct research on AI agent architectures and capabilities
• Develop novel approaches to agent reasoning and planning
• Design and run experiments to evaluate agent performance
• Publish research findings at top AI conferences
• Collaborate with engineering to deploy research into production
• Stay current with the latest developments in AI research

What We Are Looking For

• PhD in Computer Science, AI, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• Strong publication record in top AI venues (NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR, ACL)
• Deep expertise in LLMs, reasoning, or agent systems
• Strong programming skills in Python and ML frameworks
• Ability to translate research ideas into working prototypes
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Nice to Have

• Experience with reinforcement learning or RLHF
• Background in multi-agent systems
• Experience with code generation or tool use in LLMs
• Industry research experience
