Enterprise Account Executive

About the Role
Drive revenue growth by selling Lattice's AI platform to enterprise customers. You'll work with Fortune 500 companies to transform how they operate with autonomous AI agents.
What You Will Do
- Manage full sales cycle from prospecting to close
- Build relationships with C-level executives and decision makers
- Conduct product demos and technical presentations
- Develop account strategies and territory plans
- Collaborate with solutions engineers on technical requirements
- Exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets
What We Are Looking For
- 5+ years of enterprise software sales experience
- Track record of exceeding quota in complex sales environments
- Experience selling to technical buyers (CTOs, VPs of Engineering)
- Strong presentation and communication skills
- Ability to understand and articulate technical concepts
- Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot)
Nice to Have
- Experience selling AI/ML products
- Background in developer tools or infrastructure
- Existing relationships in target industries
- Technical background or degree
