Senior Backend Engineer

About the Role

We're looking for a Senior Backend Engineer to help build the core infrastructure that powers our AI agent platform. You'll work on designing and implementing scalable distributed systems that handle millions of agent executions daily.

What You Will Do

• Design and implement scalable backend services using Go, Rust, or Python
• Build real-time communication systems for AI agent orchestration
• Develop APIs and SDKs used by thousands of developers
• Optimize system performance and reduce latency across the platform
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to technical architecture decisions
• Collaborate with the AI team to integrate ML models into production systems

What We Are Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in backend development
• Strong proficiency in Go, Rust, or Python
• Experience with distributed systems and microservices architecture
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
• Experience with databases (PostgreSQL, Redis, ClickHouse)
• Strong understanding of system design and scalability patterns

Nice to Have

• Experience with AI/ML infrastructure
• Contributions to open-source projects
• Experience with Kubernetes and container orchestration
• Background in real-time systems or streaming data
