Technical Writer

About the Role

Create world-class documentation and educational content for our AI platform. You'll help developers understand and get the most out of Lattice's autonomous agents.

What You Will Do

• Write and maintain API documentation and developer guides
• Create tutorials, quickstarts, and code samples
• Develop educational content (blog posts, videos, workshops)
• Gather feedback from developers to improve documentation
• Work with engineering to document new features
• Maintain consistency and quality across all content

What We Are Looking For

• 3+ years of technical writing experience
• Strong programming skills (Python, JavaScript, or similar)
• Experience with API documentation and developer tools
• Excellent written communication skills
• Ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly
• Familiarity with docs-as-code workflows

Nice to Have

• Experience with AI/ML documentation
• Background in developer relations
• Video production experience
• Contributions to open-source documentation
